We are a registered nonprofit organization in the United States and are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. We are incorporated in the State of Florida and are also legally registered to operate in Zanzibar, Tanzania, allowing us to carry out our programs responsibly and in compliance with both U.S. and local regulations.

Reporting & Public Disclosure
Humanity for All Corporation has filed IRS Form 990 for 2023, 2024, and 2025, in compliance with federal reporting requirements. These filings reflect our financial activities and are available upon request or through appropriate public records.
